Policies
Unused Products/Returns
I understand that ordering online can be a risk, therefore I will be happy to refund your money (shipping not included) on any unused products for any reason within 30 days. Holiday, sale items, pre-orders, custom orders, and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturers policies. In the event of a manufacturer defect, please notify our store immediately so that we may assist you in exchanging the item.

Original shipping charges can not be refunded and all shipping charges to get the package back to us are your responsibility. Of course I would love to provide an exchange or credit but sometimes you just don’t like it and I understand. Returned items must be unworn and all tags attached with original packaging included (hanger, plastic garment bag, shoe box, etc.). Please package items carefully as we cannot issue refunds for items damaged in transit. We reserve the right to refuse items if returned in condition other than that outlined.  I am sorry but if the product(s) smells like smoke upon return we will be unable to accept it for a refund.

For returns please contact us and provide all the details of your order, reason for return. With our response we will give you a return authorization number and our address. Please include a copy of your packing slip for reference to ensure proper credit or exchange.

Exchanges/Credits
Ordering the wrong size is frustrating. I have done it many times. Don’t worry we will gladly exchange your “unused item” with no problem. Please refer to the returns policy first. Original shipping charges can not be refunded and all shipping charges to get the package back to us are your responsibility. Just contact us to find out the cost of shipping so we can get the correct size out to you ASAP!

For exchanges please contact us and provide all the details of your order and reason for exchange. With our response we will give you a return authorization number for your exchange and our address for the return.

Payment Information
Paypal is our prefered method of payment. We can accept checks, money orders and major credit card payments thru Paypal. This option is available whether you have a Paypal account or not. We assure you that your transactions are secure. Should you choose to pay via money order or personal check outside of paypal than please contactand provide all the details of your order. With our response we will confirm that your item(s) are available and our address for payment.  Orders placed with personal checks will not be shipped until the payment clears our banking system. We cannot be responsible for lost money orders or checks in the mail.

Shipping Information
Our goal is to ship your Lavish baby items from our studio within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. Custom orders can take longer and we'll strive to minimize that delay. Should there be any issues regarding your order we will be sure to contact you as soon as possible. Any questions regarding the shipment your order please contact us.

Promotions
Promotions, giveaways, and gift certificates are often orchestrated with the use of temporary discount codes for the purpose of promoting a brand, event, or other activity. Discount codes cannot be applied toward past purchases, combined, or transfered. It is often possible that a promotion will not fully disclose these limitations, or others, due to advertising protocols or restrictions beyond our control. Thus, for our protection we reserve the right to stipulate the application or deny the use of any discount code.
 
Out of Stock
On the rare occasion that an item is not available due to backorders, design changes, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will promptly notify you to discuss your preferences before processing your order.

Sales Tax
We are required to charge 6% sales tax for items shipped to PA.Hours
Purchases may be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. EST.
